AK 2nd Morn – 03.05.07

With the wind chill, it was a balmy -13 this AM, absolutely delightful! What wasn’t nice was the light, another AM of straight, hard sunlight. No matter, the aerial display with the wind was spectacular. Here, two adult Bald Eagles are talon locked as they fight over a scrap of fish. Normally seen during the mating season, this aerial ballet is a constant during the mornings at Homer.
