Yellowstone Adventure – da Geyser

This movie requires Flash Player 9

It was such a gorgeous day, and now warm, so we walked the Upper Geyser Basin, home to Old Faithful. Photographing geysers doesn’t advance everyone’s film, I mean, when the conditions aren’t just killer, it’s just steam going up. I’ve had a number of emails though about photographing geysers the last couple of weeks. I had a moment today to create a short video with a couple of thoughts. I made this after I photographed Old Faithful going off, using the 24PC-E lens. I used the PC lens correctly to see is corrected steam looked any different from uncorrected steam. I’m here to tell you, you don’t need a PC lens to photograph steam. Hope this helps.
