Santa Fe Morning – DLWS
DLWS Santa Fe started with our first shoot in Santa Fe itself. It was a great morning. You’ve seen how I finished the morning with my images of Al and Steve, so now I thought I’d best show how I started the morning. And literally, this is the first click of the morn, a window.
I was literally exploring two things for the first time. I was exploring the town of Santa Fe and exploring the 24f1.4. As usual with a new lens, I just shot with it all day on Monday. And, I explored f1.4 and had a blast. And, I am just bloody amazed at the quality of the lens.
Then there was this little fine. As you can see from the light, it was overcast but that made the shadows shallower and the colors more saturated. This shot was fun for me because at f1.4, placing the focus point to emphasize what I liked was a challenge.
