“Can You Help Me with Some Grizzly Bear Photos?”

This is the question that is coming in A LOT right now, folks getting ready for summer Grizzly Bears adventures. It just so happens I do have A LOT about Grizzly Bears already here on the website (just type in Grizzly Bear in the search engine). We also have a special edition on the iPad version of the BT Journal on Grizzly Bears. With over 46k images of Griz in my files, we’ll be working them more this summer, they are a great critter but you need to have knowledge in the back of your head before heading out to work with them. I’ve tried to share all I know in these resources, here for you to learn from.

Brent has released the next in the series of Back Issues for our iPad version of the BT Journal. This is a back issue so it’s not included in your subscription. Click on BT Journal in your Newstand and you’ll see it there available for purchase. This issue features our last visit to the magical Brooks Falls and its grizzly bears. Brent packed it with a ton of more info and images and the Pg28 classes are there as well. Enjoy!

iPad BT Journal Issue Released Today

We have released today a Special Issue of the iPad version of the BT Journal (it will not be coming out in hardcopy). If you are a subscriber to the iPad version of the BT Journal, you’ll receive this special, 5th issue for FREE! If you’re not a subscriber, you can buy the single issue, or subscribe. As the cover states, this issue is all about YOUR Backyard Studio. It complements and in many ways continues on from my very successful Kelby Training Beginning Wildlife class. It’s Out! 16.1

BT Journal vol15.1 Back Issue available for iPad

Brent has been real busy and has BT Journal vol15.1 Monument Valley back issue (not included in a subscription) now available for purchase. Brent had me jumping writing 36 new, expanded captions, creating not 1 but 2 pg28 Digital Darkroom lessons and much more. I don’t know how many Monument Valley time lapses are in this issue but I do know one of the DD lessons on pg28 is how to assemble one in Photoshop.

Brent had a lot of fun assembling a lot of new Monument Valley images of mine into a number of slideshows. Those have captions as well. At the same time, we have updated the navigation of the Journal with the new tools available from the publisher. Be sure to check out the updated instructions on page 2. If you’re already a subscriber, you’ll see the option to purchase this newly released back issue (not included in your subscription) when you launch the BT Journal in the Newsstand.
