Nikon 12-24f/4 AF-S I’ve always loved the wide end of the spectrum for shots that normally call for anything but ultra wide. This is why I first got the 12-24. The 12-24 tends to sit in my bag more and more these days. I still have it for those times when I want the wide end of the spectrum. I grab the 12-24 when I want “undistorted” wide, I don’t want exaggeration on the edges. I also use the 12-24 when I need wide and need to filter, like use a polarizer or split grad.

I find myself when I need wide but don’t have these other needs grabbing the 10.5 more and more. This is why the 12-24 sits more and more in my camera bag.
