Travel Air 12-W captured by Z 7 / Z14-30
All those lines! The front and back of the wing, those of the fuselage, and all the rest. All added up, they make that plane, that plane. Some engineer and craftsman put them all together in the belief that they would create a great plane. Staying true to them, then, is part of the mission of telling the story of that aircraft. Then you have a sunset that is gorgeous as a sweeping backdrop. Cutting it off in the frame seems to do an injustice to it. What do you do? I hope the engineer and craftsman who came up with and built this plane ignore the exaggeration of some lines and take in the beauty of the moment. It’s part of being a storyteller, gotta know when you can stretch away.
