I then turned my attention to the pilot. As you can see, there are times when it was very easy to make him the subject. I went both horizontal and vertical depending on the light and how it was playing on the Stearman. It wasn’t until the last frame you see here that I felt I really got what I was after. I really like the last image, it really tells the story of the experience, the flight.
