Base Camp MT – 11.08.07

Where has the week gone? Base Camp MT is just about a wrap, and what a week! We have one helluva great group of folks here, wildlife photographers I think you’re be hearing about in the future. We’ve been everywhere MT, seen great things, made some great images and talked all things wildlife photography all week. These images are just from today’s field trip.
We came across a bachelor herd of Bison and this particular bull was taking his non-breeding frustration out on the local sage brush. This ewe was part of a ewe band moving down the valley. A backyard dog sent it running across the slope and in that process, the ewe decided to leap over a small rock. The sunset tonight over the Yellowstone River was, well, just a magical way to finish a great day of shooting. The Base Camp staff wants to thank all our campers for joining us and making this a great week!
