Stearman Speedmail captured by Z 8 / Z24-120
When the text came in, I grabbed the girls and the camera and headed to MSO. This is the first time the 1931 Speedmail had come to MSO (Missoula) since we moved here and I wasn’t going to miss the opportunity to photograph it with the tower. Now, it had only been two days since we saw the Speedmail and Addison in Spokane but we knew he would need a ride. He’s flying it over to MN for an event and then down to IA for a flying and then back home over the next eight days. It’s simple the joys of aviation, friends can drop in any time, even 11:30.
