Working with my long-time friends and compatriots and amazing pilots the Churchills and their Wings of Flight Foundation, we have put together the most memorable weekend of aviation photography and learning you’ll ever find! We are taking 6 shooters, and 6 aircraft up for some amazing visual storytelling! We’re talking PT-17 Stearmans, T-6 Texans, P-51D Mustang and other aircraft waiting for you and your passion!

Date: 8-10 November, 2024 / starting 18:00 Friday ending 12:00 Sunday
Location: Mesa, Arizona (you’d fly into Phoenix)
It starts about a month prior when you’ll receive an extensive PDF on the art of aviation photography. This will get your creative juices flowing and excitement building. The weekend starts on Friday evening with intense classroom work at the Wings of Flight hangar in the pilot / officer club. Items to be covered during the A2A Photo Clinic are:

Saturday morning we’ll have a sunrise ramp static shoot, images that we’ll finish and review during the Clinic in preparation for your A2A photo mission. Then more classroom time prepares you for your flight. You’ll be shooting from a T-6, one of the best photo platforms. You’ll have an A2A photo mission Saturday evening and then another Sunday morning, timed for the best light weather permits.
We are based out of Falcon Field, Mesa AZ right next door to the AZ CAF Wing so you never know what aircraft might just “appear” for us to photograph. We have room and aircraft for only six shooters and with all the photo platforms, all will be shooting in the best light. The price for the Clinic is $2850 which includes all instruction and flights (meals, lodging, and transportation not included).
