Snow, Snow, Snow … I Want Out!

One of my favorite subjects is luckily my best friend, Sadie. One thing she loves, besides treeing bears, is fresh, new snow! We received three feet Saturday and it being really windy, I wasn’t dying to take her out so there she sat at her window watching the snow fall.

But first thing Sunday morning in the sunshine, she was out digging and digging and digging. For what, I have no clue, she just loves to dig down and snif and snif and snif!

I’m out there of course with the D850 / 50f1.4 AFS watching and laughing as she just loves getting out in the snow!

Yosemite Fall ’18 Photo Adventure!

Yosemite 26 Nov – 01 Dec, 2018!
Fall in Yosemite is magical that simply has to be witnessed and shared! It’s been a long time since Sharon & I have spent fall in Yosemite with lots of water so off we’re going and we want YOU to share it with us!

This is a landscape and wildlife adventure with rocks and rabbits, falls, and owls with a coyote and deer thrown in for fun. If you’ve ever been to The Valley in the summer, you will go nuts seeing it dressed in fall color with such treasures as Half Dome, El Capitan, and Yosemite Falls. Fall is when we’re able to venture up to Glacier Point which is an E-Ticket all on its own! We’re just back from a gorgeous Winter Workshop in The Valley, here’s my portfolio from the week.

We’re taking six folks on this adventure. We’ll be sharing with you all our favorite and secret locales for grand views and critters. Might even treat you to a hot chocolate by the fire as we venture into the digital darkroom. It will be a grand time. The price for all of this and more is $1895. We’d love you to join us, give Sharon a call 661.204.1506 (9-5PST).

Live Broadcast Tonight!

Welcome to Moose’s 5th live stream! After a week of shooting in Yosemite in the glory of winter, I’ll have lots to share. And I plan on doing some finishing live in ACR and Photoshop. I know I’ll be stirring the pot, raising a bit of controversy with my finishing. And of course, there will be photography gear and more! So tune in and chime in with me tonight!

Brent’s Camera Follows His Passion

Sharon & I are incredibly fortunate to have and work with two very talented sons! What makes it so cool for us is how they have incorporated photography not only in the family business but in their own businesses as well. Brent and Katt love dogs, not just as pets but as working companions. Brent has been able to successfully incorporate it all in his videography. He just posted his first blog about the process along with videos which intrigues me to no end. While he didn’t post the gear he’s using, the main gear is the D850 & 80-400VR3. Check it out and if you have questions, I know he answers all sent to him. Enjoy!
