Then Came Gloria

He really shouldn’t do it, he’s taking a big risk, but my bud Scott once again has given me time on his blog. I always look forward to being on Scott Kelby’s blog, it gives me the opportunity to have a more in-depth post. I hope you will enjoy it and it inspires you to move your photography forward.

Vet Chronicles – Barney Leone

I have been very honored to spend time with some amazing veterans and listen to their stories. I’m pleased to be able to start sharing these stories with you! I start with Barney Leone who at this moment, has returned to Iwo Jima for the first time since WWII when he was there at the landing. These videos are not short, telling their story can’t be done in a short sound bite. I guarantee you that the story of each veteran I share with you will grab your heart and bring home the word freedom!

Winter Palouse Photographic Workshop

Its rolling hills, vast vistas, carved grass fields, windswept snow ridges and stark white beauty with a sprinkling of Americana, The Palouse of Washington is a special place I’m so excited to be heading back to with my camera! There is no place like it and every season brings with it a new and unique beauty that is photographically a challenge. We’ve explored it in spring, fall and now want to bring back the memories from winter. And I’d love to explore it with you! Wanna see what we’ve photographed there before, here’s fall and here’s spring trips.

There will be six shooters joining Sharon and me as we travel The Palouse. The light and weather will determine our direction each day (as well as great food and hot chocolate). Certain locations like the Palouse Falls are a given but the rest, well, that’s the fun of the adventure! The dates are 15-20 March 2020 flying in and out of Spokane, WA. The price is $1800 which included transportation once you arrive in Spokane and then back to the airport, instruction, guide, and entertainment. We spend the time together shooting, meals and at least two digital darkroom session going through images and finishing them. We look forward to your joining us! Give Sharon a call 760.924.8632 (9-5 PDT M-F) to sign up and receive more information. A 50% deposit required to reserve your spot. Can’t wait to be shooting with you!

We are very excited to be offering All our Workshop / Adventure participants a full, one-year KelbyOne Pro Subscription (with paid registration starting July, 2018). This is being made possible by our dear friends at KelbyOne, which we are incredibly grateful for. This provides you to ALL of the KelbyOne Classes (and their discounts on other products) including Moose’s Classes.
