Arches 05-09 Nov ’18
Big sunrises and sunsets, iconic locales known throughout the world and that amazing red rock, Arches has that and so much more! It’s been too many years so Sharon & I decided it’s time to go back. With all the new technology in camera and software, those iconic locales deserve a revisit with fresh imaginations. We’re heading there Nov 05-09, 2018 for days of great light and friendship. We’ll walk up to Delicate Arch and stay up late chasing stars and we want you to join us! We have 6 spots (only taking 6, 1 opening), picking you up at the airport (SLC), transporting you around until we take you back to the airport, provide education (behind the camera and computer), enlighten and a laugh or two, the price is $1795. We’ll be staying in Moab (lodging & meals not included in price). If you’d like to join us, give Sharon a call 661.204.1506

Yosemite 26 Nov – 01 Dec, 2018!
Fall in Yosemite is magical that simply has to be witnessed and shared! It’s been a longtime since Sharon & I have spent fall in Yosemite with lots of water so off we’re going and we want YOU to share it with us!
This is a landscape and wildlife adventure with rocks and rabbits, falls and owls with a coyote and deer thrown in for fun. If you’ve ever been to The Valley in the summer, you will go nuts seeing it dressed in fall color with such treasures as Half Dome, El Capitan, and Yosemite Falls. Fall is when we’re able to venture up to Glacier Point which is an E Ticket all on its own!
We’re taking six folks on this adventure (only 1 opening). We’ll be sharing with you all our favorite and secret locales for grand views and critters. Might even treat you to a hot chocolate by the fire as we venture into the digital darkroom. It will be a grand time. The price for all of this and more is $1895. If you want to join us, give Sharon a call 661.204.1506

Montana Wildlife, Landscapes and Ghost Town Adventure 07-12 July, 2019
We’re very excited to be offering our Montana Wildlife, Landscapes and Ghost Town Adventure 07-12 July, 2019 (that’s next year :-). We’ll be based out of Bozeman, MT and exploring the vast grandeur the MT landscape offers. Big game, vast vistas and the many ghost towns are greater than we have time to fully explore providing tons of photographic subjects. Being the start of summer, the skies are full of gorgeous clouds giving us gorgeous light to work with.
The price is $1890 which includes transportation once in Bozeman, MT, instruction and all entrance fees. The Adventure will cover photography, biology, history and digital darkroom instruction. The Adventure is limited to just six shooters (get it, the west, six shooters, couldn’t pass it up?) 1 opening. If you’d like more information or to sign up, give Sharon a call 661.204.1506. We look forward to shooting with you, partner!
In this episode “Fall”
It’s that time of the year when the light is great and the subjects colorful and furry, how do you bring that all home in your images?

LtCol Dick Cole, the last remaining Doolittle Raider is 103 today! He flew right seat for Doolittle on the Tokyo Raid in 1942! A national hero who so hates that title is an amazing American reminding us what patrism truly is. My dear friend, Happy Birthday!
I’m a huge fan of TruLife Acrylic. That holds true for printing and Epson as well. In answering a bunch of questions how I make these two work together, I printed on Epson Metallic paper, sent those prints off to TruLife who did their magic and gave the final mounted prints to my dear friend, Ed. Well, I think the video will explain the rest. Just remember, when you give someone your art and it hangs on their walls, they will never forget you!
