I could probably stand here for the next year and not make a photo of this massive 16″ guns that pleases me. This is my 4th time to the Mighty ‘Mo and every time I’m drawn to these guns and every time I comeback disappointed in my efforts. As you can see, I’ve gone vertical and horizontal but it’s more then just image format.

They had some new images in the 2nd deck museum this time, shots taken with old graflex cameras show a broadside that captured the SIX shells being fired! A great shot and it’s that “feel” I think I’m looking for but doubt I get. I don’t think Honolulu would take kindly to a broadside just so I could get that photo. But how to get that power from these guns now silenced? I don’t have the answer, yet, but I will. Just means coming back to O’ahu again to find it. Darn!
